Rachel was very patient, caring and professional. She was easy to talk to and answered every question I had. She even asked after going over each thing if I had any more questions and when she left I felt so much more confident in my breastfeeding journey. She also measured my flange size which was very helpful and made sure all my pumps were set up properly.
