Hi! I’m Rachel!

As an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in oral ties, bottle refusal, pumping, & low milk supply, I meet you where you are with a holistic approach to all things breastfeeding. My goal is to support parents where they are, providing help and encouragement along the way.

Whether you’re pregnant or struggling with breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, bottle refusal, or even weaning, I can support you! I have worked with thousands of families in my 12+ years of experience as an IBCLC, and I can help you too!

Book your appointment today, most moms are 100% covered by insurance! My IBCLC visits are also an HSA/FSA covered expense.

What is an IBCLC?

An IBCLC is an international board-certified lactation consultant. You must have an extensive education in lactation concepts as well as anywhere from 300-1,000 hours of lactation-specific clinical practice. Then, a comprehensive lactation exam is taken. Every five years, you must renew your certification through continuing education or through taking the exam again. I am certified to help with issues such as:

  • · Low milk supply
  • · Troubleshooting your breast pump
  • · Tongue and lip tie
  • · Engorgement and plugged ducts
  • · Mastitis
  • · Latch and positioning difficulties
  • · Nipple and breast pain
  • · Supplementation (bottles or other)
  • · Breastfeeding after reduction
  • · Induced lactation
  • · Bottle refusal
